Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to all fee-based services provided by U-MARKERT, including Meta Ads management retainers and custom website design & development projects.

2. Meta Ads Management Retainers

• Retainers are billed in advance for each month of service.
• Ad spend is paid directly to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or remitted on your behalf. Once ad spend has been deployed to a live campaign, it cannot be refunded.
• If you cancel before any work has started for the billing period, you may request a full retainer refund within 3 business days of payment.
• If campaign strategy, creative work, or account setup has already begun, refunds are issued at our discretion based on work already completed.

3. Website Design & Development Deposits

• A deposit is required to reserve a project slot and begin work.
• Deposits are non-refundable once project discovery, wireframes, or design work has started.
• If you cancel before any work has begun, the deposit may be refunded minus any payment-processing fees.
• Final balances are due before handover of the completed website and source files.

4. Video Production Services

Video production deposits are non-refundable once shooting, editing, or pre-production planning has started. Cancellations made before pre-production may be refunded minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred.

5. No Refunds For

• Ad spend already delivered to advertising platforms.
• Services fully rendered or milestones already approved.
• Results that do not meet expectations when the agreed scope was delivered correctly.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email us at ufed@umarkert.com or message us on WhatsApp with your invoice number and reason for the request. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
