U-MARKERT provides digital marketing services, including but not limited to Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management, custom website design and development, and video production. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate proposal or agreement.
3. Use of the Website
- You may use this website for lawful purposes only.
- You must not attempt to disrupt the website, access restricted areas, or use automated systems to scrape content without permission.
- All content on this site is owned by or licensed to U-MARKERT and may not be copied without written consent.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information when filling out forms or briefs.
- Supply necessary assets (logos, images, copy, account access) in a timely manner.
- Maintain ownership and compliance of any advertising accounts, domain names, or third-party platforms you connect to our services.
5. Payments
Fees are set out in your proposal or invoice. Retainers and deposits are generally due before work begins. Late payments may delay deliverables or pause active campaigns.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, final deliverables (such as website designs, creative assets, and videos) are licensed to you for your business use. U-MARKERT retains the right to use non-confidential portions of the work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
U-MARKERT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the termination clause in the relevant proposal or agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for work already completed become immediately due.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably, and if unresolved, submitted to the competent courts in Nigeria.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
